Steve has over 25 years experience working in the global capital markets. In a previous role he was Head of LMAX Interbank, where he met his technology colleagues. He has also led global sales for MarketFactory, and held the positions of Head of FX Sales for EMEA and America at ICAP, and Head of Sales for Americas at Thomson Reuters.

Judd was previously Performance Team Lead at LMAX Exchange, where he managed the team responsible for increased throughput performance while reducing latency of the trading venue. He is experienced in integrating Automated Performance Testing into the Continuous Delivery pipeline; Java performance and Linux system performance tuning. Before LMAX Judd built and integrated Linux based VoIP telephony solutions.

Tom was previously a software developer at LMAX Exchange, where he worked on system tuning, real-time risk analysis, and improving system throughput. Prior to this he worked at Standard Bank on their algorithmic FX pricing system, Murex and Fidessa support and integration, and portfolio analysis on the base metals trading desk. He has experience with advanced automated testing pipelines and is an advocate of extreme programming.
Head of Corporate Services
Jenna has over 14 years' of experience providing executive support within law and financial services. Prior to joining TransFICC, Jenna was an Executive Assistant at CME Group, NEX Group and ICAP, where she has gained extensive Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge, events and project management, as well as providing support through M&A. Jenna started her career as a qualified Legal PA in the Antritrust, Competition and Trade Division at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
Head of Business Development
Tim has over 25 years of banking experience in Capital Markets, trading and managing desks across a broad range of Fixed Income & Derivative products, covering Rates, Credit and Money Markets. He held key roles as Head of Trading at Danske Bank, State Street and Mizuho and has recently worked in Fixed Income consultancy roles focused on business development and eTrading.
Sales and Business Development Director
Dave is an experienced sales leader with a long history of working in the financial industry with firms like Equinix, Hotspot FX, EBS and Refinitiv. He has a specific focus and interest in electronic trading and connectivity within FICC markets. Dave’s role at TransFICC is to build out the business and grow client acquisition.

Emanuele has worked in the Financial Industry for over 30 years, most recently as Italy Country Lead for CME Group. Previously he held senior sales roles at Thomson Reuters (now Refinitiv) and EBS. During his career he has covered European clients in Austria, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey and the UK.
Director of Sales for the Americas
Sandy brings over 25 years of Capital Markets sales and technology experience to TransFICC, which includes Head of Sales at SR Labs (low latency trading for equities, options, FI and FX), Head of Sales at Hyperfeed Technologies, and senior sales leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, Tibco, and Oracle’s Cloud group. He holds certifications for Oracle Cloud and Amazon Web Services and was selected to attend Reuters senior management leader development at the International Management Institute in Vevey Switzerland.
QA
Kate has been a software tester for over 15 years, working in education, music, television, retail, and finance. She was part of the LMAX team building low-latency trading systems, and has brought her experience in agile software development to digital transformation projects. As an advocate of Continuous Delivery she works closely with the development team to ensure high quality software, and believes that communication and collaboration are key to achieving this.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Josh joined TransFICC to manage the hiring process as the company scales. Previously, he hired software engineers for Google, contributing to the growth of tooling and infrastructure-related teams within the Android ecosystem. Josh has also worked for Red Badger, focusing on hiring for cross-functional product development teams. With a Psychology background and being a member of the CIPD, Josh cares about building representation, equity, and inclusion.
Business Analyst
Kevin is an experienced business analyst who has spent his career building Fixed Income eTrading platforms for investment banks. He was previously a business analyst at Deutsche Bank where he worked on the development of a strategic eTrading stack for global rates trading and sales desks. Prior to this, he worked at Ion Trading in the implementation team, working on a broad range of projects across the fixed income eTrading ecosystem.
Assistant Office Manager
Anna has over 5 years of experience in business support, finance and customer relationship management. She comes from academic background in Economics, Finance and Business, and since graduation she worked as an account manager at the University of Oxford. Prior to that she worked in the Internal Audit in Rietumu Banka, one of the major private banks in Baltic States. In addition to strong knowledge of accounting and financial compliance, she is experienced in event planning and multicultural communication.

Annie is an experienced FP&A and commercial analyst. She has spent her career in high growth environments across FinTech, SaaS and eCommerce businesses. Prior to joining TransFICC she built her own company with 11 clients, helping them raise significant venture funding as well as building analytics departments and managing data infrastructure builds.

Zam has spent most of his career working in front office roles at various financial institutions, focusing on building real time trading systems. Before joining TransFICC he worked at J.P. Morgan, building the commodities eTrading platform, and prior to that he worked on Instinet's low latency trading platform in equities. Zam is a low latency Java developer with specialist knowledge of UNIX, messaging systems and networks.

Richard is an experienced software developer. He comes from the buy-side, where he co-created an order management and trading system for the hedge fund Brevan Howard. His career has also involved developing front office fixed income trading systems software for Lehmans, plus billing, mediation and fraud detection systems in the mobile telecommunications sector with Logica, and developing bespoke software for handheld computing devices with Psion.

Romans started his software career by building software for real-time embedded/mechatronic devices before transitioning into IT, where he worked on multiple high-throughput messaging pipelines, high concurrency services and event-based distributed systems. Before joining TransFICC Romans was building low-latency trading service in IG Index. He has a passion for simple, performant and thoroughly tested software.

Ben has 15 years development experience in a variety of industries, including motorway sign networking, web search, low-latency FX trading, and biomedical machine learning. He originally focused his career on software quality and distributed system design. More recently he has been building high-functioning and diverse engineering teams via process design, knowledge share, ops automation, and creating space for continual improvement. Mike's journey in the world of software engineering began as an embedded software engineer at Nokia, where he built the networking infrastructure for mobile phone providers. He later joined UBS as a Quant Developer in the eFX trading team, building and scaling up their electronic trading platform across several regions. Mike's proficiency in Unix and networks, allows him to not only write great software, but to also make sure that it gets deployed properly.

In his career he has worked on different platforms helping scale their throughput and decrease latency. Before joining TransFICC Nenko worked on a low code Financial Markets platform.

Kim is an independent infrastructure consultant with over 25 years experience across the range of software development, systems administration and infrastructure engineering operating as founder and director of Arnox IT. Kim moved to the UK in 2002 and has provided consultancy services for a number of well known financial institutions and clients in other industries since then. The primary services Arnox IT provides TransFICC are around security infrastructure and systems management automation.
Network Engineer
Damian is passionate about networking. Before joining TransFICC he was at an IT consultancy where he worked as a network design engineer delivering projects for a big broadcaster. He is experienced in networking, network security and automation. He previously developed an automation tool that was successfully used to migrate over 200 switches to a new Network Access Control system.

David loves all things tech. Previously he has worked at a number of high-tech firms (F5 Networks, Facebook, VMware) covering Networking from different angles: Systems, Support, Development, Automation, and Infosec. David has worked with both high-level architectures and getting into the detail of anything going over the wire. His most recent experiences related to improving network reliability via automation and implementing detections for security threats.
Site Reliability Engineer
Marcos has many years of experience working on low-latency and highly available telecommunication platforms, serving in diverse roles including Systems Administration, Technical Support, Product Development, and Operations Automation. Marcos transitioned to TransFICC from Vodafone, where he held the position of SRE Technical Leader. Prior to that, he served as a Cloud Platforms Engineer and Infrastructure Design Engineer. Earlier in his career, Marcos worked with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and other start-ups (e.g. NewVoiceMedia). With this diverse background, he is adept at designing high-level architectures and delivering tactical solutions, ensuring developers can seamlessly and securely run their code in production at scale.

Guillaume has extensive experience as a business analyst, joining TransFICC from BNP Paribas where he supported the Fixed Income trading desks and provided monitoring and production management for the eRates systems. Earlier in his career he worked at Societe Generale providing front office monitoring and support for collateral management applications.

She joined Transficc from Adaptive Financial Consulting, where she delivered e-trading systems for a tier 1 bank, a crypto start-up and an energy company. Before that she delivered e-trading and regulatory solutions for Fixed Income and Equity Derivative trading desks at Goldman Sachs, Santander, Commerzbank and JP Morgan.

Dmitry is a senior QA specialist with more than 20 years experience in Test Automation, Functional and Non-Functional Testing, Agile/Scrum methodology, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Integration. In previous roles he has worked for a variety of different companies in several sectors, including the utilities industry (General Electric and British Gas), telecoms (Vodafone), and the financial industry (Fides Treasury AG in Switzerland).

Oliver has been testing software on financial services platforms for over 10 years (both in an automated and manual capacity). He is a passionate agile practitioner. He has a large amount of experience in FIX protocol and has led teams in this area in the past.

Stefanos decided to move away from an academic career to write code in industry over a decade ago. His career has taken him from a PhD thesis in mobile systems far before they were trendy, to leading teams in the financial, television, engineering and other sectors. He is a highly experienced coder in many languages and a Continuous Delivery practitioner.

Bo is an ex-US Rates Trader with over a decade of experience in Fixed Income Markets, in roles including Technology, Front Office, and Product Management. He has worked with Institutions ranging from an OEMS Vendor, an Inter Dealer Broker, a Sell-side Bank, to Fintechs. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, Bo engages with clients in discussing Solution Architecture, Tech Strategy and Market Structure to define fit and roadmap for TransFICC products.

Belinda manages recruitment processes and agency relationships for TransFICC. A seasoned HR professional with over 30 years experience in HR management, Belinda has operated as an Independent Consultant for the last 20 years. She works closely with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and in recent years acted as a consultant for recruitment for LMAX Exchange, as part of her portfolio, alongside a variety of assessment and training related activities for other organisations.

Godfried is a recognised authority on European financial and political issues, engaging with the European central banks and treasuries, the European Commission and European Parliament. Since starting his career in Financial Markets in 1972, Godfried has worked with multiple financial products, and has always been keen to support innovative market developments. As a past President of ACI, The Financial Markets Association and as Chairman of ICMA’s European Repo and Collateral Council he frequently contributes articles to specialist financial publications and is a regular speaker at conferences.
