The Sell-Side Technology Awards recognise excellence in Capital Markets Technology.

We won the award due to our use of Extreme Programming (XP), an agile development framework that produces higher quality software. We follow the XP principles, including close team communication and regular software releases. Our Developers sit together, pair programming, and communicate face-to-face, release regularly in daily and weekly cycles, and use Continuous Delivery.

Continuous Delivery enables us to release to production on a weekly basis. It also supports daily releases to customer test environments, via a fully automated process. Continuous Delivery ensures that all testing has been successfully completed prior to the release.
